Refund Policy
At Veyondtech, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development services and digital products.
Due to the nature of custom software development, consulting services, digital products, plugins, themes, and downloadable assets, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or products have been delivered.
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made by mistake.
- Failure to deliver the agreed service due solely to Veyondtech’s inability to perform.
- Billing errors caused by our team.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation at any time by providing written notice.
In the event of cancellation:
- Completed work remains payable.
- Any outstanding invoices become immediately due.
- Work completed up to the cancellation date may be delivered upon receipt of payment.
- Deposits and milestone payments already paid are non-refundable.
Veyondtech reserves the right to cancel a project if:
- Required information or assets are not provided.
- Communication becomes unreasonably delayed.
- The client breaches these Terms & Conditions.
- Payments remain overdue.

Intellectual Property
